Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 6 to 12 business days
Worldwide: 7 to 14 business days

Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery windows. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the carrier.

High Demand Periods
Our products can sell quickly and occasionally go viral on social media. During periods of high demand, processing and shipping may take a little longer than usual. If this affects your order, we appreciate your patience and will get it to you as fast as we can.

Order Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a second email with your tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
