Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14 day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us at broomyhelp@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

How It Works
Once we receive your request, we will send you instructions on where and how to send your item back. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at broomyhelp@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Non Returnable Items
Items that are used, missing original packaging, or returned outside the 14 day window may not be eligible for a refund.
